Our history

Over 28 years of customer service and care - it's an eventful success story full of zeitgeist and technological revolutions. We started out operating one hotline with classic rotary dial telephones. Today omni-channel communication is leading the way into the future. 

1989 <strong>DIALOG</strong> is founded.
1992 We take over the very first <strong>customer care hotline</strong> for the automotive industry in Europe, the first brand <strong>roadside emergency hotline</strong> as well as the first <strong>24-hour service.</strong>
1995 We create an<strong> in-house IT department</strong> which develops programmes and innovative software packages.
2002 <strong>DiaLogo Italia</strong> is founded in Verona for customer, prospect and dealership care and support for the automotive industry.
2009 With the introduction of <strong>video-supported online care,</strong> DIALOG enters into a new era of service.
2012 Our service portfolio includes comprehensive <strong>online and social media services.</strong>
2012 DIALOG wins the <strong>Quality Award</strong> of the German Call Center Association (CCV) in the IT innovations category.
2014 We celebrate our <strong>25th anniversary</strong> on 6th April.
2015 We upgrade our system landscape with <strong>THEMIS</strong> (mapping of planning and production processes across all communication channels in one platform).
2017 <strong>Foundation of a branch office in Aachen</stron>; realignment in three sectors: DIALOG Active, DIALOG Care and DIALOG Tech-Connect which is represented in Aachen
