DIALOG 1989: 15 rotary-dial telephones. That’s all the technology there was. What has happened in the meantime would have been unimaginable back then – in communication technology in general, but also within our company. Today DIALOG has a telephone system worth the equivalent of 100 fully loaded intermediate-class cars. And an entire department that makes sure it does what it’s supposed to do properly, securely, and dependably. We also try to avoid being dependent on computer and telephone networks as far as possible.
In almost all of our technological systems, you’ll find something like a net with a double bottom. Because only if we can really be reached 24/7 is our hotline really hot. Only then can we do what we do best: helping our customers, taking care of them – just being there for them.
